Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement. You may do this by using the form linked above, by emailing us, or by mailing us using the contact information below.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery where required by applicable law.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products or services, including customized or personalized items, digital content once performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment, or services that have been fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that the withdrawal right is lost once fully performed.
